Yes, in either direction. Most contractors start on Growth and move to Elite once they're covering more than one city. Downgrading is fine too — we'll tell you if you're paying for something you don't need.

Only the monthly rate — 5% off at six months, 10% off at twelve. Scope and deliverables are identical. The three-month minimum exists because local SEO doesn't show results faster than that.
